The Venue
We've taken over the entire Maddox Hotel β a stunning boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville, five minutes from Broadway and twelve minutes on foot from Music City Center.
Nine named suites across seven floors. Every suite has its own full kitchen, living space, and game room β pool tables, air hockey, shuffleboard. The Hitchcock Tavern, one of Nashville's most extraordinary cocktail lounges, sits on the ground floor of the same building.
This is not a hotel with a conference room. It is a private building, fully taken over by Backstage Nashville, from Sunday 4th to Wednesday 7th October 2026.
Your team is not in a room across town. They are inside the building where all 70 operators are based, from arrival to checkout.

Sunday 4th October. Every delegate arrives, drops their bags, and walks downstairs into The Hitchcock Tavern.
The Hitchcock is not a hotel bar. It is a proper cocktail lounge β 1,900 square feet of art deco design on the ground floor of The Maddox. $600,000 fit-out. Original terrazzo floors from 1893. Described by guests as one of the most extraordinary bars in Nashville.
What starts as a welcome dinner becomes The Famous Icebreaker Party β hosted by Mark Simpson personally. Up to 100 operators in one room. Sunday night. Nashville.
