For Vendors and Partners · Nashville · 4–7 October 2026
For four days. In the same building. Eating the same breakfast. At the same party. Walking to the same conference.
Most sponsorships give you a logo on something and 30 seconds of eye contact if you're lucky.
Backstage Nashville gives you four days in the same building as the property managers buying your software.
You are not exhibiting. You are participating.
"Forget the pitch deck. Sleep down the hall from them instead."
Breakfast together every morning in the penthouse. The Icebreaker party on Sunday night. The mastermind on Wednesday morning. Three nights under the same roof.
By the time VRMA ends on Tuesday, they know your name, your face, and your story — not because you pitched them, but because you spent four days being genuinely present.
That is when the sale happens. On the way out. In a conversation built on four days of trust. Not a scripted demo.

Yes. Every sponsor package includes the option to add beds or buy out an entire suite. You can take a single bed in a shared suite, book your whole team into one floor, or buy out multiple suites for a larger group. The whole point of Backstage Nashville is being in the room — so we make it as easy as possible for sponsors to do exactly that. If you want to bring your team and fill a floor, contact us and we'll build it around you.

Sponsors get a co-branded asset pack (logos, lockups, social tiles, suggested copy) for use in your own marketing — pre-event announcement, during, and a 30-day window after. Use must reflect the event accurately. Please don't imply VRMA endorsement or co-organisation. Mark reviews any sponsor-issued press release or major announcement before it goes out.

Mark personally reviews every sponsor enquiry. Three things matter: relevance to the room (STR / property management / hospitality operators), no direct conflict with an existing sponsor at the same tier, and a genuine fit with the spirit of the gathering. We protect category exclusivity at the top tiers — first confirmed in a category gets it. We'll always tell you straight if it's not a yes.
Yes for the Welcome Party, Penthouse, and Welcome Experience tiers — one sponsor per direct competitor category. Apartment Experience is exclusive per suite (4 suites available). Gift Bag Inclusion is non-exclusive but we cap inserts to keep the pack meaningful.

Live availability shown above updates the moment a tier is claimed. If your preferred tier goes while you're deciding, we'll offer the closest alternative or design a bespoke package. We don't oversell — when it says sold out, it's sold out.
Higher tiers include a hosted moment (a breakfast intro, welcome session slot, or bespoke activation). We curate format and timing with you so it lands as value for the room — not a pitch. No slide-deck product pitches. If you're not sure what would work, we'll help you design it.

No attendee list, emails, or contact data are shared. The value is in being in the room — breakfasts, evenings, late nights — not a list. Attendees who want to connect with you will, and they'll do it because they chose to.
Deposits are non-refundable once the slot is held (it removes the tier from public availability). If we cancel the event for any reason, sponsors are refunded in full. If you need to transfer your sponsorship to another company, contact Mark — we'll consider it case by case, subject to the same fit criteria as a new application.

They are built over four days in the same building. Same breakfasts. Same parties. Same late nights on Broadway.
By Tuesday evening you are not a vendor they half-remember. You are someone they actually know.
"This is not a sponsorship. This is a seat at the table."
